American diesel just set an all-time record — $6.05 a gallon nationally, $7.87 in California, and six pumps in the state stuck at $9.999 because the hardware cannot display a fourth digit. On Sunday the President said the cause was Ukraine. Larry Johnson says it is the wrong war.
