(Some of you are going to have a hard time with Scott's assessment of Trump's foreign policy gyrations, yet Trump deserves to be called out for a lot of reasons. I voted 3 times for Trump for a variety of reasons. He constantly campaigned that he would get us out of the 'forever' wars,, yet he has done the opposite & now 'own' both Ukraine and the Israel-Iran-US conflict. He did promise to finish building the wall along Mexico, yet I haven't heard any progress on that front & haven't looked. These international issues are far more important.

Trump keeps trying to use sanctions, yet that isn't working. He keeps lamenting that manufacturing has left the US, yet simply doesn't understand why and thinks that high tariffs can bring manufacturing back, yet this isn't going to happen for a wide variety of reasons too long to discuss here.

Trump is rightfully concerned about the $dollar losing its position as the reserve currency of the world that everyone has used for a long time to settle international trade. He made a huge mistake by weaponizing the $dollar against Russia & related nations. Trump's belligerent actions are forcing the exact opposite of what he wants. Many BRICS nations are trading with their local currencies without the $dollar being involved & this is accelerating.

Pay close attention to the discussion about actor Zelenskyy in Ukraine. If Trump had really cared about the soldiers in Ukraine, he would have immediately stopped fanning the flames of this war when he took office, but he didn't. He keeps blaming Biden and complaining about Putin, yet Trump keeps showing a total lack of understanding about the history leading up to this war. Scott Ritter calls Trump out for his involvement in Ukraine, yet Scott doesn't go back far enough. This conflict goes all the way back to the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991 and then the Maidan Revolution in Ukraine in 2014, all of which the United States has been involved in.

Scott covers a lot of issues in this discussion, including a lot about Israel & Germany. Don't let his anger detract from the important issues he discussed. We can't fix things if we refuse to understand reality. — RAD)
