Scott Ritter gives one of the best analysis of the history behind what is going on between the United States & Israel vs Iran that I've seen. He even points out that Israel & Iran used to be friends and how that changed. He also discusses how Israel has always depended upon the United States to back them up. Everyone in the Middle East has been afraid to stand up to Israel, but this has now changed after Israel killed several top military people in an Iranian embassy. Iran decided that Israel had crossed too far over a red line and hit back with about 300 missiles & drones that overwhelmed the Israeli & US defenses. About 18 hit significant military & intelligence targets within Israel, which meant that Iran has now established that they can hit Israeli & US targets that can't be stopped by the best US & Israeli defenses. This has serious repercussions around the world.

Scott goes on to highlight that neither Europe, NATO nor the United States has the military strength to stand up to Russia. Even the US Army can't get enough recruits. On the other hand, 1,500 Russians are volunteering every day to join the military to defend Russia. Even 40yr old men are going to doctors to figure out how to resolve their health problems so that they can join the military to defend Russia. Russia is expanding their Army  to 1.5 million & they are almost there, in addition to the Special Military Operation in Ukraine. Their military-industrial complex is churning out vast numbers of new & improved weapons.

Israel is NOT winning in Gaza, which could become very dangerous, since Israel's war fighting policies involves using nuclear weapons. Therefore, if Israel feels that they are under an existential threat, they could use nuclear weapons, which could easily spin out of control & escalate to wipe out the entire world. Scott feels that this is a very serious concern.

Nuclear weapons via NATO is also a potential problem, yet not as serious as with Israel.

I've listened to this interview with Scott twice and it is filled with a lot of good insights that we can use when contacting our friends & politicians.
