Brian Berletic & Danny Haiphong: Putin Sets Trap for NATO, Ukraine Collapsing, Syria Explodes, US Continues Destroying Things
by Danny Haiphong [12-11-2024 published].
(To make sense out of today's geopolitics it helps to understand the big picture. This very insightful discussion by Danny & Brian really ties a lot of global relationships together in a way that is seldom explained, primarily because the US doesn't want us to know. How many of us really understand that since WW2 the US Policy has been designed to dominate the entire world? Why do we have so many military bases around the world, especially surrounding Russia, Iran & China? The real reason isn't what we've been told. The US wants to dominate the world.
The US excels at inflaming chaos & burning things down to support its planned objective to take over the world. The BRICS nations are working to cooperate and build things up, instead of tearing things down.
You can't convince the US to 'play nice' through negotiation. You have to give them no choice. President Trump pulled the US out of the INF Treaty. This was just another step whereby Russia finally had to realize that the West couldn't be trusted, even if an important treaty had been negotiated & signed. Russia went into Ukraine with the Special Military Operation (SMO) in an attempt to get the West to wake up and acknowledge Russia's security concerns.
Listen to this excellent discussion to better understand what is happening in the world. It helps tie a lot of things together. As we understand the bigger picture, this helps us make choices — RAD)
Brian Berletic of The New Atlas breaks down in this critical livestream how Putin's latest moves have set a devastating trap for NATO, reshaping the battlefield in Ukraine as developments in Syria escalate into chaos. The implications for NATO are profound, and this stream directs attention on the doom and gloom for the multipolar world that the fall of Syria has wrought. Has Putin made a strategic power play in a stroke of genius or suffered a huge defeat in the Middle East.
It's easy to cast blame for Syria's downfall in a sea of misinformation.
It was Russia. It was Iran. It was Assad.
But to downplay sanctions, occupation, and 13+ years of war ("frozen" or not) is a rejection of reality.
The end of independent, secular Syria in the final analysis falls at the feet of US EMPIRE.
The US, Israel, Turkey, and NATO spent years doing everything they could to overthrow Assad.
In the end, they succeeded. Whatever errors made by those resisting empire however significant cannot be divorced from historical context.
The real lesson of Syria should be that the Palestine solidarity and anti-war movements in the US are in need of course correction, as Syria and so many other targeted states were NEVER adequately defended or worse, slandered endlessly in alignment with the empire's dictates.
We need to do better.

United States Stated Objective: Total Military Dominance of the Entire Planet. Full Spectrum Dominance [12-4-2024] After WW2, we were consistently told that the US was the "policeman" of the world as justification for the many military bases being set up around the world. This article sheds an entirely different perspective on our activities. Many countries around the world have been waking up to realize that the US is the power hungry hegemonic terrorist. This is not what we have been taught by our own government & schools in the US.
