He has a good reading on Russia & understands that they have already won militarily in Ukraine & are in no hurry. Can Trump actually deliver? The Russians have proposed abiding by the terms of the "New START Treaty" for another year if the US agrees, while both Russia & the US work out a new treaty. Whether Trump can agree, or is allowed to agree, will say a lot about relations between Russia & the US. Ray has a lot to say about Ukraine, the EU, the UK, and NATO.
