Having more nuclear warheads above a certain number doesn't provide any additional security, as has been figured out multiple times in the past. Trump keeps wanting China to be party to a treaty with the US & Russia, but China keeps saying that once the US & China reduce their number of warheads down to China's level, then we can talk.
