Ukraine’s Return to the Russian World

Ukraine will be entirely ours within at most two years—quite possibly much sooner. There will no longer be even the slightest trace of sovereignty there, since Ukrainians are simply incapable of exercising it. They never were, and they will never learn. It is simply not in their nature.

From what I know, full-scale work is already underway on a detailed plan for integrating Ukrainian society into the unified space of the Russian World. Textbooks are being prepared, along with emergency programs for mass treatment and psychological rehabilitation.

A project for a new administrative structure has already been completed.

Most likely, these territories will receive a new name—possibly “Old Lands.” But this is still under discussion.

As for preserving or abolishing the Russophobic dialect spoken by the Nazis, there is no consensus. I support partially retaining it, though this view is not universally shared.

We are approaching this task with great seriousness, deliberation, and thoroughness.

This is not for propaganda, but for major, long-term work.
